About Me
Hi, I’m Jen, a Nurture Neuroscience Practitioner and a mother who understands the vital role we play in shaping our children’s futures.
As a trained professional dedicated to supporting moms, I understand the challenges firsthand because I am one myself. When I became a mother, I realized how limited the support is for parents in nurturing both their baby’s and their own mental well-being during this critical period. That sparked my mission: to provide science-backed, compassionate care so mothers and babies can get the support they need.
My path to becoming a Nurture Neuroscience Practitioner began with my own healing journey from developmental trauma. This led me to study:
- Developmental neuroscience
- Developmental psychology
- The biology of trauma
- The science of nurturing parent-child bonds
As a mother, I’ve felt the joy, exhaustion, and loneliness that many new moms face, and I know how transformative support can be. That’s why I create safe, non-judgmental spaces where moms can:
- Learn to nurture their baby’s brain through everyday connection
- Understand their own nervous system and trauma responses
- Feel supported, not isolated
- Build confidence in their parenting, without shame or guilt
My approach is evidence-based, attachment-focused, and influenced by evolutionary biology and anthropology. I blend the latest neuroscience with human wisdom to help you feel more rested, empowered, and connected to your baby.
If you’re pregnant or navigating the early years of motherhood and you’re looking for support that honors both you and your baby’s needs, I’m here for you.
Let’s connect! Whether through a 1:1 conversation, a Nurture Neuroscience Circle, or an Infant/Toddler Sleep Consultation, I’m ready to support you as you nurture the next generation.
